Therapy Associates ABA Services provides high quality Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children of all ages. Services are supervised and programmed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Our ABA practitioners create environments that help children with ASD develop new behaviors and learn new skills. Most Insurance Plans cover ABA Services in New Jersey. Therapy Associates currently provides services through most insurance plans including Horizon BCBS, Empire BCBS, United, Oxford, and Aetna.

Many of my clients come to me after experiencing constant judgement and shame from their world. This becomes internalized and they often feel stuck from negative self-talk, anxiety or low self-esteem. As a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic therapist, I utilize a personalized, educational form of cognitive-behavioral therapy. I assist clients in identifying stressors, developing coping skills, and empowering individuals to achieve their maximum potential. Based upon my experience in the field, I have come to the conclusion that it is of the utmost importance to include an integrative approach when working with children.

We use a neurodiverse lens to understand autism and to support children, young adults, couples, and families. Together, we carefully assess the important concerns that you identify. Relying on a strength-based approach, we individualize help, building independence, while reducing emotional reactivity. We have advanced skills in RUBI Parent Training, AsperCoach training (AANE), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Stanford Neurodiversity Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Autism (CBT), Acceptance, and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for Autism, as well as UCLA’s PEERS social skills, and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE).

Caroline has been a licensed social worker since 2015 and holds a Master's Degree from the Silberman School of Social Work. She has a passion for working with people who are neurodiverse and developmentally disabled to support them in achieving their goals. She has also been a speaker and host at conferences focused on Autism and enjoys educating others on topics ranging from social skills to dinosaurs.
