As a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic therapist, I utilize a personalized, educational form of cognitive-behavioral therapy. I assist clients in identifying stressors, developing coping skills, and empowering individuals to achieve their maximum potential. Based upon my experience in the field, I have come to the conclusion that it is of the utmost importance to include an integrative approach when working with children.
For the past twelve years, I have worked with children and adults with a variety of difficulties (Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Autism-Spectrum, etc.). My experience includes implementing ABA at one of the country's top schools and providing cognitive behavioral therapy to individuals in individual, group, couple, and family sessions.
I am certified by the State of New Jersey as a Licensed Professional Counselor and by the BACB as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience and received a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson.
