I specialize in helping clients navigate through different life transitions. I help clients learn healthy coping skills to practice self-compassion and find solutions to increase overall functioning.
My approach is solution-focused and while using informed practices from CBT, DBT, ACT and other modalities, I incorporate concrete tools that help you in and out of sessions.
