I am accepting clients for Tuesdays morning/ midmorning. I am a bilingual therapist with experience working with children as young as 10 years old, adolescents, and adults. My approach to counseling is client-centered and collaborative, meaning that you are involved in every aspect of your treatment, and we work as a team to help you reach your goals. One of my biggest passions is advocating for the LGBTQ+ community. Part of my advocacy efforts include a FREE queer support group for high school teens.
Majority of my work has been in helping children and young adults heal from past traumas. I help my clients address a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, dysfunction, and attachments. I understand how cultural and systemic influences can impact how we cope.
A client-centered therapeutic relationship is built on trust and empowerment that you can implement with all your interactions outside of therapy. Seeking help can be scary, but not impossible. I provide support in a nonjudgmental space that allows you to freely explore all you may have been hiding for so long.

This is an inclusive atmosphere where queerness is embraced, not shamed. I require that interested teens be in individual counseling prior to attending group therapy. Group therapy is meant to supplement the work being done in individual counseling, not replace the benefits of individual counseling. **Must be high school age to attend the group.
