I work with children (10+), teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, family conflict, identity development, and relationship challenges. I have specialized experience supporting children of divorce and blended families, as well as LGBTQIA+ youth and adults seeking an affirming space. As a bilingual therapist, I provide collaborative, client-centered counseling tailored to your goals. Together, we build practical skills, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in a supportive and evidence-based environment.

I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Using EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and a culturally responsive, client-centered approach, I help clients process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and build lasting resilience.

A client-centered therapeutic relationship is built on trust and empowerment that you can implement with all your interactions outside of therapy. Seeking help can be scary, but not impossible. I provide support in a nonjudgmental space that allows you to freely explore all you may have been hiding for so long.
