I offer a non-judgmental and comfortable space where clients feel heard and respected. Using cognitive-behavioral therapy, I work with clients to recognize unhelpful thought patterns. CBT is extremely effective for managing feelings of anxiety and depression. I also use the Gottman method for couples that is proven effective in improving communication.
