Welcome to my practice! As a therapist I believe in creating a warm, welcoming, and empathetic environment for my clients to feel safe in. I know therapy can be an effective tool for healing and growth. I strive to provide a space where clients can process their thoughts and emotions in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. I employ Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic techniques in my work. I believe in incorporating clients' culture and values to better address and understand the unique experiences and perspectives of each client.
I offer individual therapy for a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship issues. I also conduct psychological assessment for clarification of psychiatric diagnosis, assessment of intellectual ability and learning disabilities, and neuropsychological assessment for issues such as TBI and dementias.
Seeking therapy can be daunting. I want to assure you that you are not alone. I also offer telehealth services, which allow you to receive therapy from the comfort of your own home. This can be a great option for those who may have difficulty traveling to our office, or for those who prefer the flexibility of online sessions.
