Welcome! I am the founder of Meraki Psychology Center (MPC). Using empirical-based treatments (i.e. Exposure & Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure & Cognitive Processing Therapy), I guide you on the exploration of thoughts, beliefs, feelings & behaviors that facilitate the development of greater insight and effective coping strategies.
