I use a variety of the most innovative, evidence-based therapeutic approaches available. Our work together will give you the opportunity to, identity blocks, develop your ability to transcend limiting beliefs and perceptions that no longer work in your best interest. You will be able to live your life free to be you.
I have been training and developing my skills using evidence-based approaches for healing. I have over 38 years of experience in the field. I have extensive training as an Emotionally Focused Therapist EFT. I am a certified EMDR therapist with advanced training in treating complex trauma and am in the process of becoming an EMDR consultant.
I believe that we each possess the ability to heal and transform or lives. My role is to help you clear out the things that are preventing you from doing so moving forward. I bring over 38 years of training and experience to work we do together. I look forward to meeting you.
