I enjoy working w/people to improve relationships w/others & themselves. I offer a non-judgmental approach to any behaviors, thoughts, & situations that may be occurring in your life. I like to use DBT strategies to improve frustration tolerance & emotion regulation. I encourage daily Mindfulness Practice. I also teach Parenting Skills Education.
I am available Mondays-Fridays 8:45am-8:30pm. Saturdays 9am-12:30pm. Accepting new patients/clients. Get an appointment quickly. NO WAIT. In-Person and Telehealth. I work out of my home office and your privacy is maintained.
