I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Life Coach committed to helping people learn how to find the pathways that lead to healthier relationships and build effective strategies to overcome struggles.

My experience has been working with adults of all ages, children and teens. I have worked in various settings providing counseling for anxiety, grief, self-esteem, relationship and marital issues. I work from a systemic, strengths-based approach that includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and solutions-focused perspectives.

The thought of entering counseling can be intimidating and overwhelming at first. I am very intentional in providing a safe and welcoming space to build a relationship with each client so that our collaboration will lead to setting and achieving personal goals.
