With me, you can be sure I'll take a person-centered approach, letting you lead treatment. After all, you are the expert of yourself. I pull my approach from motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based stressed reduction, behavioral therapy, and supportive theories. I have a good understanding of other approaches and utilize their interventions as needed.
