I have 30 years of experience in counseling adults, young adults and teenagers challenged with depression, anxiety, grief and loss. I am trained in Trauma therapy with a Certification in EMDR therapy. Trained in EMDR 2.0 and offering intensive sessions, ranging for 2-4 hours. Approved EMDR Consultation to assist with EMDR clinicians to gain certification or case consultation.
I work with adults and adolescent clients to gain cognitive, emotional and behavioral skills to increase their quality of life. I utilize the strengths perspective to elicit change. I enjoy helping these young adults sharpen their life skills in order to successfully navigate through their family, school, and life conflicts.
