Making the decision to face your struggles and navigate through your feelings and emotions shows incredible strength. I provide trauma-informed psychotherapy focusing in complex trauma, dissociation, sexual abuse, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. I utilize a combination of trauma-focused methods with a client-centered and strengths-based approach.
I work hard to provide a safe space for my clients to feel heard, validated, and accepted. I believe in the importance of helping each individual feel empowered when making decisions to improve their quality of life, and I strive to form therapeutic relationships with my clients built on respect, trust, honesty, and compassion.
