We treat children, adolescents and adults with behavioral issues, mood disorders, developmental and personality disorders. I work with parents to develop behavioral plans for their homes and families to supplement the therapy done with their children/adolescents in my office.

Trauma comes in many ways and brings with it many difficult symptoms. Fear, worry, sadness, and a feeling that you can't cope are just a few. Others don't always understand you or know how to help. I'm passionate about helping individuals from all walks of life, but also proudly serves those of all religions, LGBTQIA+ community at large. I am also a KAP (Kink Aware Professional). I take a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy and believe that the client is the expert of themselves.

My name is Daniel Birdsong, and I am honored to support individuals, couples, and families through counseling at Warrior Wellness Group, LLC. I am a part-time counselor, and I see clients on Monday and Friday mornings from 8:00-12:00. For 15+ years, I've passionately supported individuals, groups, and families as a counselor, fostering a secure environment for them to address life's challenges. Dr. James L. Jackson has over 15 years experience providing professional counseling for children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing mental and emotional pain related to anxiety, depression, and trauma. Dr. Jackson is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and is a Registered Play Therapist and Supervisor. James works with clients as young as age 3 and uses evidence-based therapy modalities to address behavioral and emotional concerns.
