My passion for counseling comes from the privilege of hearing clients’ life stories and witnessing the meaningful transformations that occur when they overcome the challenges holding them back from a fully engaged life. As an experienced counselor, the most rewarding part of my work is seeing clients move from emotional and mental anguish toward a place of greater peace, balance, and self-understanding.

I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorders, addiction disorders, adjustment disorders, women's issues, and issues related to divorce. I also work with adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, school-related stress, and difficulties with emotion regulation.
