I am a licensed clinical psychologist with experience treating a wide variety of mood, anxiety, and trauma-related problems. I have experience working with adults 18 and older who are suffering from depression, anger, PTSD, addiction, sleep problems, anxiety, and life adjustment issues. I primarily use cognitive-behavioral treatments to help people overcome these issues. My objective is to allow you to achieve your goals whether that means improving your overall wellbeing, being more successful in your personal life or at work, or better managing an area in which you struggle.

My approach to therapy is client-centered, meeting each person I work with where they are at using diverse interventions including mindfulness and somatic experiencing techniques. I am a Bay Area native raised in a multicultural household with over 20 years of experience working in a variety of settings throughout Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. I specialize in working with people struggling with: anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, chronic stress, adjusting to life changes, trauma exposure/PTSD, gender and sexual orientation identity issues, and multicultural stress.

I have over 35 years experience as a clinical psychologist. I work primarily with individual adults but also have considerable experience working with children and adolescents. Danielle Hetrick is a licensed Marriage Family therapist in California practicing since 2002. She received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology at Saint Mary's College and her Masters in Counseling psychology at John F. Kennedy University. I am a licensed clinical counselor who specializes in dance movement therapy. I hold a graduate certificate in Laban Movement Analysis, which offers another world of possibilities for methods of healing. Joseph Koudsi (preferred name Johnny) is a psychologist, who has been practicing since 2008. He graduated from Vassar College with a BA in Psychology and the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant University with a doctorate (Psy. D. ) in Clinical Psychology, with a speciality in Adult Individuals and Couples. Therapy is an experience specific to the individual, which is why I use techniques rom various schools of thought to help individuals and couples to the best of my ability. These include psychodynamic, solution-focused, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and cognitive behavioral.

Dr. Mannina is a clinical psychologist who has been practicing for over fifteen years. She graduated from Sofia University (formerly Institute of Transpersonal Psychology). Dr. Mannina believes in humanistic care that includes psychodynamic work and as needed CBT, DBT or other modalities that may be useful to each unique individual she works with. Formerly an artist, and licensed massage therapist, Marissa also enjoys the connection between creativity and life as art, somatic and cranio-sacral therapies.
