I do a lot of work challenging people to explore their aggression, self-harming behaviors, drugs and alcohol use, suicidal ideations, depression and anxiety. I also enjoy working with adults dealing with life transitions and helping them improve their moods and perspectives on life.

Often, parents feel overwhelmed in knowing how to best provide support for those they love most: their children. Children are innately different from adults as they develop into their true selves. MRT program is available as well.

I am passionate about working with people who encounter stress & unwanted patterns of behavior that interfere with their individual, relational and career aspirations. In addition to my work with individuals who are facing distress from depression & anxiety, I have specific training & experience helping couples & partners dealing with relational distress resulting from problematic sexual behaviors, including facilitating therapeutic disclosures and leading betrayal trauma groups.
