I believe that self-awareness is one of the core pillars that aid in the alleviation of suffering. The simplest of lifestyle changes can create immense improvements in the quality of one’s life. I use a trauma informed, brain based, and somatic approach, which draws upon the principles of neuroscience, sensation, breath, mindfulness, and movement to integrate past traumatic experiences, rewire muscular activation patterns, regulate emotional/affect states, enhance feelings of safety, and improve interpersonal relationships,
