My name is Bethany Verbrugge and I am a licensed mental health therapist. I have experience working with children, teens and adults who have experienced trauma. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and also use Sand Tray, Play Therapy and TraumaPlay, IFS, mindfulness and attachment focused strategies to empower and equip clients in their healing journey.
