I am trained in a Systemic Narrative Framework: an approach to therapy where we explore the stories which keep you stuck and work from a systemic perspective to identify where they came from and how you can move forward with new narratives more aligned with who you are and desire to be.
I believe in liberation for all parts of our stories and in all intersections of existence. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, a BIPOC ally, respectful of all spiritual paths, and an advocate for body acceptance.
