Eating Disorder DBT Intensive Outpatient Program Open now! Deciding to begin therapy can be an anxiety provoking decision. That is why I provide an ease about coming to therapy and attempt to make my clients feel comfortable beginning this process. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults helping them get through difficult transitions in their lives. I do a lot of work challenging people to explore their, self-harming behaviors, eating disorder behavior, suicidal ideations, depression and anxiety. I offer a uniquely structured, deeply supportive program for individuals who often feel too much, too fast, or not enough.
I help my clients challenge themselves to develop a more meaningful life while helping them get out of that "stuck" feeling. The type of therapy I offer is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), where we will explore different ways to regulate emotions, tolerate distressing events, mindfulness, and improving interpersonal relationships
I also offer HIPAA compliant video sessions and virtual DBT Groups
