I am an EMDR (recommended therapy for trauma survivors) and Hypnotherapy trained therapist. My approach to treatment is to identify, utilize, and enhance your unique strengths to empower you to heal and reach your goals. Also, you will learn techniques and tools that you can carry with you to help you manage daily stresses of life.
I am an LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapist, and passionate about working with culturally diverse clients. I offer free consultation to allow us to get to know each other, discuss your particular concerns, and consider how we might address them. I currently have offices in Portland and Ada.
