You may understand why you feel or respond the way you do, yet still find yourself repeating patterns you can't seem to change. Many of my clients have tried talk therapy, gained insight, and done the work, but still feel stuck. I work with individuals ready to go deeper, exploring subconscious patterns, unresolved experiences, beliefs, and nervous-system responses that insight alone hasn't shifted. Together, we move beyond simply "knowing what's wrong" toward processing, integration, and meaningful change you can actually experience in your relationships, choices, and daily life.

My approach is holistic, trauma-aware, and nervous-system informed, including Polyvagal Theory. I integrate EMDR, clinical hypnotherapy, somatic and parts/ego-state work, mindfulness, narrative techniques, CBT, and others to support deeper healing and integration. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is also available in partnership with Journey Clinical.
