I specialize in Substance abuse, dual diagnosis treatment and trauma. I currently offer EMDR therapy and have immediate availability. I am flexible in my treatment methods but specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Limited evening appointments available. I have an MSW from Saint Leo University (2015) and 4 years of clinical experience working almost exclusively with substance abuse and dual diagnosis. Accepting new Clients as of 7/8/2019.
I have extensive experience in medical detox and substance abuse treatment I had the privilege of working with and being trained by Dr. K. Legree Hallman, M.D. , a leading addictionologist in the field. I have experience working with doctors who provide medically assisted treatment and understand the uniqueness of this treatment modality.
I provide empathetic support throughout your recovery process. The recovery process from substance abuse can be incredibly difficult at times. Life changes and transitions can be particularly challenging. I assist my clients in finding practical solutions to challenging situations and life circumstances.
