As a therapist, it is my mission to help you live a joyful, vibrant life, even if you are facing life circumstances or mental health issues that are less than ideal. I specialize in helping individuals and couples, and have experience helping with compulsive sexual behavior, ADHD/ADD, depression, OCD, anxiety, and/or PTSD resulting from abusive situations. I also help couples who feel as though they no longer "connect" or who don't feel as close as they once felt. I believe you have the strength to reach your goals, and lead a joyful life.

Throughout life there are many things we are in control of, however there are also things we may not have control over. Experiencing this feeling of no control can manifest itself in anxiety, depression, loss of self, or even impact relationships with those around you. Whether it's due to your upbringing, the environment, or traumatic experiences, the constant fight to regain power and control of your life again can be exhausting, overwhelming and isolating. Therapy is that helping hand that can guide you on your healing journey and path to self-discovery. It can also be your safe place to rest and just be.

Deep inside of you is the awareness of what you need to heal. I help facilitate and unearth that inner wisdom with individuals, couples, and groups. Together, we'll practice tuning into your own unique embodied awareness. From there, we can translate that increased clarity into tangible action that aligns with your greatest, most authentic wellbeing. Our bodies exist within larger systems — many of which can disconnect us from ourselves and each other. We'll look together at the messages we've internalized from these systems in order to unearth the ones that are no longer helpful.
