I fully believe in the therapeutic process as being collaborative; after all, you, the client, are the expert on your life! My goal with you is to help you acquire skills/tools to feel more embodied and to change the repetitive challenging loop by understanding more deeply the patterns at play. I enjoy working with a range of clients and specialize in assisting individuals and couples who are neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and/or adult survivors of complex trauma and their partners navigate anxiety, depression, communication issues, and cultivate healthy sexuality. I am also kink/BDSM affirming and poly/ethical non-monogamy affirming.

Our group includes a weekly 75-minute DBT group, monthly 30-minute individual session with myself, a custom workbook, and support from peers and professionals in our community site. My goal is to assist clients in learning and utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills in their daily lives. DBT can help with mental health, relationship, and career issues. I work with people from all backgrounds to celebrate their success.

As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I support young people and adults with identity enrichment, bothersome anxiety and/or depression, and getting your support needs addressed. I love working with adolescents, adult individuals, and families. I enjoy helping teens and families navigate the changes of adolescence, while working to engage parents around their teenager's change process. While adolescence can challenge families, it's also a developmental phase filled with exciting and inspiring change. My work with adults often focuses on relationship issues, anxiety, stress management, and issues related to emotional expression. I work well with adults who are motivated to change behavior, and are wanting some extra help. My clients appreciate my grounded presence, and my strengths-based approach.
