My holistic, attachment- and relational-based approach reconnects mind, body, and soul.

Together, we’ll uncover the patterns at play and develop practical tools to help you feel grounded, embodied, and in control of your life again. Using a holistic approach—integrating somatic awareness, mindfulness, Brainspotting, guided imagery, nervous system regulation and CBT—we will work collaboratively to support deep and lasting change.

My goal is to help you build resilience, confidence, and a renewed sense of hope. I understand that seeking help can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to do this alone.
