Are you in need of premarital or marital counseling? Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or past trauma? Are you currently pregnant, just gave birth, or just lost a child and in need of some support to deal with the various emotions you are experiencing? Are you a parent of a child with mental illness and need some support or therapy for yourself? Do you have a long history of mental health struggles and would like to break the cycle? If so, we can help! We work with moms, dads, wives, husbands and partners. We are culturally and spiritually minded in our work. We integrate your faith and culture in our work together.

We specialize in maternal mental health and paternal mental health, with a focus in mental health and relationships. Our primary clients identify as people of color/minorities, Caucasian in a relationship with a person of color, Hispanic/Latino, mixed race, Multi-ethnic, Black; Caucasian, Asian, Middle Easterner/Arabs, Immigrants, Christians or Muslim.

We understand the stress of relationships and parenting especially during the early stages of life, relationship. That's why our service is primarily geared towards women (and men) who are pregnant or postpartum or have young children under the age of 7 years old, or couples during the early stages of their relationship.
