I am a Certified Level II EMDR clinician. I have worked with hundreds of clients for over 30 years. Many of those clients have successfully resolved their different types of stresses and traumas.
As an added dimension, I have over 200 hours of training in Yoga and and 30 years of practice in multiple forms of Yoga. I can bring the knowledge of breath practices (Pranayama) and meditation to the counseling process when appropriate. I recently completed a one year certification in Global Mysticism and Activism.
