I am a clinical psychologist and have been working clinically with children, adolescents and families for 17 years. I am passionate about my work with children and adolescents. I believe that childhood is both a wonderful and an extremely challenging time. Through play, talk and family therapy I help children and families reach their potential for happy, productive and successful lives.

My intent is to help you deal with problems you're facing and lead a more fulfilling life. I have a strong track record of helping people overcome difficulty, struggle and confusion in their lives. I'll work to help you discover a new way of experiencing yourself in the world. I use an integrative mind/body approach to psychotherapy in facilitating change toward contentment and vitality. I work with couples and individuals around issues of intimacy, self-worth, life transition, purpose and spiritual inquiry. My style is collaborative, engaged and supportive.

I specialize in working with adolescents, adults and families in the midst of developmental transitions and significant life events. I am passionate about working with those who have being impacted by acute or complex trauma, mood and/or anxiety symptoms, challenges in relationships and those struggling with challenging behaviors. I offer a space to develop deeper self-awareness, stay action oriented towards change and access resources in order to reconnect to your preferred values and goals. I am in training towards becoming a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and will often incorporate somatic and mindfulness practices.
