As we grow into adolescence and adulthood, the pressure to conform to societal expectations intensifies.

Hello, I'm Jenna, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My goal is to walk with you through your tough times, to help and encourage healthier thought processing and choices so that you can navigate through life’s hard spaces and hits, find your peace and content, and find a life worth living. I offer a safe and welcoming space to foster hope, growth, and healing. My approach is eclectic, I draw from a variety of theories and tailor each case based on the individual. I also provide evidence-based treatments and protocols such as CBT, DBT, CPT, and Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR).
