No matter if the client in front of me is a twenty year old struggling with their gender or sexual identity, a couple in their 40's experiencing mismatched desire, or a sixty year old with sexual dysfunction concerns, we all need someone to listen and support us. I consider myself to be an empathetic therapist. I want to support my client as best. I also know that it isn't easy to go to therapy and I want to be someone who starts with where the client is at, but also know that I can be direct at times if needed, and softer at other times.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience working with individuals and couples, I have spent much of my career counseling clients from a variety of backgrounds and ages. In my experiences, I have helped clients deal with issues such as anxiety, depression, anger management, life transitions, marital issues, PTSD, and more. I have also received training in some of the most effective and relevant trauma treatments such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for clients with PTSD.
