My hope is to create a space for you to feel truly safe and supported while having your multilayered experiences honored, validated, and understood. My approach to therapy is multi-disciplinary, combining psychodynamic techniques, attachment-based, and trauma-informed therapy. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) & Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT).

My clients are individuals and couples who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, and experiences of trauma.

Through a collaborative approach, I can aid you and your child in navigating through challenging situations that have affected you and your family.
