My practice primarily focuses on working with today's youth. When working with children, teens and young adults, my first priority to build and unique and genuine relationship built on trust. I work collaboratively with my clients to determine what the goals of treatment are and how to achieve them. Whether you are going through a life transition, suffering from anxiety, depression, experiencing conflict in a relationship, or within your self, we can work together to find the tools that will best fit your needs.
I have been trained in Violet Oaklander's Gestalt Play therapy, as well as Reflective Parenting. With many years of experience working in schools, I have specialized in working with children and adolescents where I am closely involved with parents to ensure the best possible treatment.
In addition to on going parental support, I provide parents with resources, including group therapy guided by my training in Reflective Parenting.
