One of my former clients who just happened to have been an Emmy and Tony award winner stated, "Siri has the formula." I have humbly bowed my head at the feet of several masters. Now is the time when I am being called to lovingly share what I have learned as I hopefully elevate others in the process.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Hypnotherapist who truly enjoy helping people live their lives to their full potential. I see challenges in life as opportunities for growth, and invitation to better ourselves. I have a masters degree in clinical psychology and working in the mental health field for over a decade helping clients achieve successful results.

Therapy can be a lot of things, but what I believe it should be most is effective in helping you navigate life's challenges. As an Associate Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about guiding you through these challenges and empowering you on your journey to self-awareness and understanding. I do so by providing a judgment-free and safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and perspectives.

My approach to therapy focuses on establishing a warm, trusting relationship with my clients to help us explore deep personal issues. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma, addictive behaviors, co-dependency, and life transitions. In my approach I use psycho-dynamic and solution-focused approaches to help dislodge old behavioral patterns and emphasize the importance of how our previous relationships impact our present. In therapy we will look to find meaning in our present-day challenges, experiment with new ways of thinking and seek resolution.

I've been working with adult children of immigrants (AAPI & Latinx) and multicultural/interracial couples who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issue, adults’ ADHD, boundaries issues, and trauma in therapy, I collaborate with my clients on finding effective ways of communication, changing irrational beliefs, learning/setting healthier boundaries, and identifying/expressing emotions. I try to assist them to interpret their issues from different angles. Although it can be challenging to achieve our therapeutic goals, I trust that my clients can work through this journey because they're resilient and strong.
