I am passionate about helping deep feelers and thinkers (from children to adults) live a life of meaning and fulfillment by: learning strategies on how to manage emotions, cope with existential dread, navigate relationships and shifting identities, and build resiliency during times of uncertainty, life transition, and stress. My empathetic nature plays a role in my therapeutic style. I collaboratively work with those who experience emotional instability due to to anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, attachment injuries, heartbreak, trauma/CPTSD, and grief.

As a relational therapist, I specialize in an eclectic family systems approach filtered through an attachment-focused lens. I am trained in inner-child work, EMDR, art/play therapy, and trauma-informed care. I offer psychoeducation on how to emotionally regulate, identify our unique needs, communicate our needs, and deconstruct limiting narratives.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and affirming, and provides: (a) compassionate support and guidance, (b) strategies on how to foster more calmness in ourselves, (c) help in making transformative changes, and (d) ways to improve communication in your relationships (with your self, child, parent, friend, partner, coworker, boss, etc.).
