As a transgender and autistic man, it is important to me that my clients have a safe space in my office to be their most authentic self and may be met with unconditional positive regard throughout their therapeutic experience. Seeking therapy is a courageous first step in an effort to better oneself and it is an act of self-love. It can be frustrating and lonely when you’re struggling with fertility issues or pregnancy/postpartum concerns. You may feel like no one else is struggling like you are and you’ve run out of ideas on how to feel better. You may feel like you can’t keep up with the demands of fertility treatments or being a mom and you just want to be a better version of yourself. You, your family members, or friends have expressed concern for you and you’re worried that things may get worse. Your life doesn't have to look this way.

Life can throw hardships at us, and our pain is so real and deep. My passion is to walk alongside clients through healing, gaining strength, and building resilience during tough times. I want to help individuals and families find solutions and hope for wise, healthy, and meaningful living. We will turn hardships into growth opportunities by sorting out internal and external sources of distress leading to anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. We will design an individual and family healing plan to restore freedom and peace and live out the more significant potential in life.

First, I want to acknowledge the significance of the steps you are taking to seek support, as I know this process can feel scary and overwhelming. I enjoy working with individuals from adolescence all the way into late-life transitions. I believe that at any age or stage in life, we all have opportunities to make positive changes and increase our wellness. I have experience working with diverse populations of different ages, cultural backgrounds, stages in life, and mental health needs including anxiety-based disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, substance use, and trauma.

I work extensively with treating depression, anxiety, trauma and daily life stressors. I believe adjusting your thought patterns can help you change behaviors, resulting in a different outcome.
