I enjoy working with individuals from adolescence all the way into late-life transitions. I believe that at any age or stage in life, we all have opportunities to make positive changes and increase our wellness. I have a strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness practices, trauma-informed care, and psycho-education.
