Be Well now accepting new clients! Be Well specializes in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress. We are EMDR trained. We are trained in DBT and Mindfulness based therapies. We've treated various circumstances including life transitions, trauma, PTSD, depression, grief & loss, multicultural concerns, spirituality and existential concerns, & personality disorders. We have experience with issues related to donor-assisted reproduction/donor conception and donor families. We provide a safe and supportive environment, collaborating with you to reach customized goals to help you reclaim your personal power to be well and live well.

I offer consultation hours to EMDR therapists seeking EMDRIA certification. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I hold a Master of Counseling degree from Arizona State University. I have a BA in Psychology and a BA in Religious Studies from ASU. EMDRIA certified & an EMDR Approved Consultant. I am also a Clinical Supervisor at Be Well.

Group is structured to teach healthy coping skills for people struggling with intense emotions, anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, and/or interpersonal issues. Participants learn the skills of Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. By learning to suspend judgment, increasing awareness and acceptance, regulating emotions, and using more effective interpersonal skills, group members begin to use effective strategies to optimize their life.
