I sincerely believe that this approach can help a child/family express themselves and find the strength within them to overcome life's challenges. I use a strength-based approach which promotes hope and healing while honoring the child's needs. I also offer Brainspotting.

As we age, we gain knowledge from life experiences and through those experiences we can soar to greatness or we can break and lose sight of who we really are and become someone we were never meant to be. When we become someone less than who we were meant to be we can begin to experience anxiety, depression, substance abuse, loss of relationships and functional distress.

The Arizona Psychology Clinic offers Neuropsychological and Psychological Testing Services for ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Gifted IQ, Twice Exceptional and Personality Issues. Additionally, testing for accommodations on Standardized Tests such as the SAT, ACT and GRE is also offered. Hello! In such uncertain times, many children and families are experiencing difficulties ranging from school issues, peer issues, parent/child issues, stress, depression, and anxiety to name a few. These challenges may be very difficult to manage and additional guidance and support may be needed. My goal and passion it to help children and their families to reconnect to the beauty of life and learn how to navigate such challenges. Dr. Enrique I. Gracian joined Therapy Lab in early 2020 while completing his Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the UCLA Semel Institute. Therapy Lab clients and the team appreciate the compassion, intellect, and sense of humor that Dr. Gracian brings to his sessions. With his additional expertise in neuroscience—the human brain, Dr. Gracian brings that special insight into his work with clients. He specializes in all Therapy Lab plans and treatments, including the Unified Protocol, CBT for Insomnia, CBT for IBS, DBT-based interpersonal and emotion regulation, positive psychology, VR-enhanced exposure therapy, and crisis response.
