Making the decision to begin therapy is rarely easy, but it can be a powerful step toward understanding yourself and creating meaningful change. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions who may feel stuck in difficult patterns. Together we identify obstacles that may be getting in the way of your goals and develop practical strategies for moving forward. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strength-based. Incorporating various treatment modalities including ERP, EMDR, and Gottman-informed work, I offer individual therapy to teens, adults, seniors, couples & families.

I am an independently licensed therapist with over 2 decades of clinical experience. Early in my career I worked at The Mayo Clinic supporting patients facing illness, grief, & loss. I hold several advanced certifications & specialized training, including Certified Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist (CSTS), EMDR, ERP, Gottman Method, & Clinical Supervision.

My goal is to provide you with an opportunity to express your feelings and thoughts in a safe setting, free from judgment. By exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, I can guide you towards gaining a deeper understanding of your values and motivations, make meaningful changes, and better cope with and respond to life's challenges.

Loving someone with OCD can be confusing, exhausting, and isolating. This group is for partners, parents, and family members of people with OCD. Receive education, guidance, and support for navigating the challenges of OCD in relationships while learning ways to respond with compassion and healthier boundaries. This small in-person processing group is for adults tired of managing everyone else's emotions. Inspired by the book "Are You Mad at Me?", we'll explore fear of conflict, guilt around saying no, boundaries without over-apologizing, and relationships built on authenticity rather than approval.
