My educational background includes a bachelor's in criminal justice and a master's in clinical mental health counseling. My professional background prior to therapy was in law enforcement.
I am experienced in many therapeutic approaches, including EMDR. I believe EMDR been the most effective therapy for the majority of my clients. I can work with a wide variety of needs; however, I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, stress and depression. I have extensive experience working with first responders and court-ordered clients as well.
I have a beautiful office in Mesa, Arizona where I offer in-person sessions as well as telehealth sessions. It would be an honor to help guide you through your healing journey.
