I excel at helping couples navigate betrayal and ruptured trust, infidelity, disconnection and intimacy concerns, and the frustration of having “the same old fight.” I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a gold-standard approach to couples therapy, to help partners move beyond painful patterns and better understand what’s happening underneath them.
