Kylie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and is Zest for Life Counseling’s Executive Director. Kylie completed a Masters in Social Work with Utah Valley University and is currently completing a doctor of social work degree with an emphasis in advanced clinical practice with the University of Kentucky. Kylie has spent majority of her professional career working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, self-harm, sexuality, postnatal mood disorders and insecure attachment within the family unit.

I specialize in the assessment and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, and Learning Disorders. I also help families and individuals address the learning and behavioral difficulties frequently associated with these neurodevelopmental disorders. Evaluations are tailored to the individual needs of my clients and may be as brief or as comprehensive as needed to answer the referral question. In terms of treatment, I utilize the personal strengths of my clients in designing and implementing solutions specific to their needs.

Robyn has worked several years in the substance abuse field doing inpatient, outpatient and medication-assisted treatment. She also has experience working with those in the criminal justice system. Robyn is committed to working collaboratively with clients to help them meet their life goals.Robyn practices in the Utah County location.

Dr. Spencer completed a Bachelors degree in Family Studies from Weber State University, a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oklahoma State University, and a Doctorate in Human Development and Family Science also from Oklahoma State University.
