I know no better medicine than to help each other feel seen, accepted, and made to feel safe. Humans are pack creatures, that tend to do better in pairs and groups. However our skills to authentically and securely attach have become illusive in today's world. Through building real connection with your therapist, you can find real insight, real healing, and true growth. I also work in the CDOC (in prison) with violent offenders, and those with serous criminal history. I think you'll find there's no issue I'm not equipped to deal with. Been practicing for 15 years, and I've helped all walks of people.

I am a Colorado native returning home after working in Seattle for 12 years. I work with adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of challenges including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, chronic illness/pain, stress management, relationship problems, adjustment disorders, and trauma. I provide evidence-based treatments in a warm, client-centered environment.

I am a seasoned counselor specializing in complex trauma - I generally see clients that are seeking treatment to address ongoing issues related to traumatic or chronically stressful experiences but I also work with individuals that are in need of support for depression, anxiety, and management of the stress that comes with living life day-to-day. I believe that there is no one blueprint for wellness and the experience of therapy should reflect that.
