I help those with trauma using EMDR. I also can help with interpersonal conflict using a variety of techniques including DBT. Anxiety and depression go hand in hand and can have you spiraling out of control. I am neurodivergent myself, so I understand the struggle.

I help people process these challenges as they occur.
