I am passionate about meeting people where they are to help them on the journey toward growth, wholeness, and healing. My goal is to help you discover meaning, connection, authenticity, and gratitude.
I am an LPCC practicing in the Denver Metro area, and I enjoy working with individuals, children, adolescents, and couples. I work thorough a family systems lens and offer parent coaching and family sessions when appropriate. I offer group workshops and coaching to support the individual work I do. I have been trained in Theraplay and EFT.
In life, we are often faced with challenges and detours that prevent us from living the life that we truly desire.
