I have a passion for working with individuals who want to see positive change in their lives. Struggles with mood, anxiety, trauma, or addiction symptoms often get in the way of making these positive changes. I want to work with you to develop a plan to address these issues and develop strategies that work for you to reach your goals.
I have been working in the behavioral health field since 2011. Working with diverse populations in varied settings has provided me with experience in being flexible and recognizing that each person has unique needs. I have worked extensively with individuals trying to cope with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.
I know that seeking help can be extremely difficult, and that sometimes you might not even be sure exactly what is going on, except that something does not seem right with you.
