My name is Dr. Jones. I am trained in several modalities that can assist individuals, families and couples with moving toward their ideal situation in life.

I work alongside adults and teens, treating anxiety, chronic stress, sleep problems, history of trauma, and/or co-occurring medical conditions. Most of us don’t recognize the ways in which we might be holding ourselves back, whether it be due to anxiety, our relationship with food, or beliefs that we have taken on from others. I’ve seen firsthand the transformation that is possible when you get out of your own way.

I can help if you're looking to explore sex, love, and relationships, if you're looking to heal old traumas, or you're managing an addiction. As an LGBTQ+ therapist who is a part of the community, I understand the need to have an affirming place to explore issues. I know everyone has their own journey figuring out their authentic sexual orientation and gender, but I also know that it can impact several areas of your life.

I work with individuals, couples, and families. My approach begins with creating a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship in order to identify your strengths, prioritize your goals, reflect on your patterns and relationships that are not working well, explore your feelings and to find alternative ways to get your needs met. Collaboratively, we will work on identifying and strengthening your inner self. The goal is to assist you to achieve a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life with enriching relationships.

Dr. Katie Sardone is a Licensed Psychologist and the founder of Behavioral Health Dallas, PLLC. Dr. Sardone specializes in working with individuals and couples. She is a faculty member at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a trustee on the Dallas Psychological Association board. Dr. Sardone enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan coping with a variety of medical and mental health conditions (e.g., fertility issues, perinatal mood disorders, anxiety, depression and life transition). Dr. Sardone uses a supportive, evidence-based and collaborative style when treating patients. She values an interdisciplinary approach and will therefore often collaborate with physicians and specialists to provide comprehensive care.

A Certified Sex Therapist, I offer sexual and relationship solutions that work for you, including those that aren't about sex. I help you learn who you are, what you want, and how to communicate. I work with all sexual difficulties and dysfunctions, including low libido; desire discrepancies; erection, ejaculation, and orgasm difficulties; sexual pain; vaginismus; out of control sexual behavior, and fetishes. I work with married and unmarried couples and singles, as well as with straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, BDSM, and poly people. I will make suggestions and give you homework assignments to help you reach your goal.

Casey is an LPC, RPT, Certified School Counselor, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy certified, and Reiki trained and has over 20 years of experience in the mental health industry. She specializes in anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, LGBTQIA+, transgender, gender identity, suicide ideation, grief, religious trauma, mood disorders, Post-Partum Depression, fertility, and all life transitions. Therapy may seem daunting with unknowns, but Casey believes it can be a place to unwind, cry, laugh, and to feel all of your emotions. Life can be so exciting and fun, and you will begin to see and experience it on your terms.
