Now Enrolling: In-Person Social Anxiety Group (Young Adults). I help adults and kids (8+) with anxiety, perfectionism, history of trauma, and sleep issues live with more freedom and purpose. Many of my clients are high-functioning but overwhelmed. You may swing between overworking and shutting down. Rest doesn’t feel restorative. Stress may show up in your body—tight shoulders, headaches, racing thoughts. You may notice that burnout, people-pleasing, social anxiety, or trauma-related patterns are keeping you from the type of relationships and life you want.
I tailor therapy to each client, drawing from evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, EMDR, and IFS). For insomnia, I offer CBT-I. I’m an active, collaborative therapist—not the “sit and listen” type. We’ll identify clear goals, discuss science-backed approaches, track progress, and integrate practical strategies. My style is warm, direct, and structured.
